What "Your own Shadow" is about:
Having an awareness of oneself and taking care of oneself is difficult enough for many. If this barrier is already so difficult, how can one also be mindful of one's surroundings and fellow human beings?
The answer to this is given by the song Your Own Shadow, in which Pathwalker report on their own fears and overcoming them, reflect on them and call on them not to be too hard on themselves and to realise that the first step is to accept oneself, to become aware of one's fears and to face one's inner demons.
Your own shadow is constantly haunting you every minute, so why fear it, because it's a part of you!
